LUFTWAFFE SIGNALS EM VISOR CAP WILLY SPRINGFEIL
Luftwaffe visor cap made by Willy Springpfeil for an enlisted man with golden-brown piping for Nachrichten Abteilung, the Luftwaffe eagle probably made out of zinc, seems to have absorbed the silver and a winged cockade. The front stiffener is present but has come loose. A 1.75-inch section of the sweatband has been repaired. The diamond shaped celluloid is not present, and the inside shows a small stain atthe liner. The cap is maker marked 'Nordd[eutsche] Uniform Muetzen-Fabrik Willy Sprengpfeil Hamburg 19' and sized '55'.
