WEHRPASS FOR HERBERT HUEBNER RUSHA OFFICIAL - WEHRPASS FOR HERBERT HUEBNER RUSHA OFFICIAL Wehrpass for SS-Standartenfuhrer HERBERT HUEBNER (1902 - 1951), SS leader and convicted war criminal. In November 1923, Huebner took part in the Hitler putsch. From 1936, Hübner worked in the Race and Settlement Main Office (RuSHA). He became SS-Standartenfuhrer in 1942. From August 1942 to spring 1945 he worked as a RuSHA leader in the Wartheland. Huebner was convicted to 15 years in prison at the Nuremberg Trials. Huebner had been sentenced for participating in evacuation and resettlement as well as for using Polish citizens for forced labor. The Wehrpass is stamped 'Waffen-SS' on the cover, disbound from the covers, issued in Stuttgart, 23 February 1937, states his birthday as 7.8.1902, born in Bad Salzschlirf, Fulda, his stated profession is SS Fuhrer, he was enlisted with the 10. (Erg.) Batterie Flak-Regiment 25 Ludwigsburg. and from 1942 Rasse- und Siedlungshauptamt SS. His last rank is noted as SS_STandartenfuhrer on 5.10.1942. Under awards it is noted that he received the Blutorden 'Ehrenzeichen des 9. November 1923'. Very good.
