SYLVESTER STADLER - (1910 - 1995) Waffen-SS commander of the Regiment Der Fuhrer and the SS-Panzer Division 'Hohenstaufen' from July 1944. Severely wounded several times, he was awarded the Gold Close Combat Clasp and the Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords.
