PAUL VON HINDENBURG
(1847 - 1934) German general and statesman who led the Imperial German Army during World War I and later became President of Germany from 1925 until his death in 1934. Letter to his Cousin Frau von Fritsch, Berlin, 25.10.1925, handwritten in his usual bold black ink thanking for the birthday wishes and thanking for the memorable time in Dresden and signing off 'Your devoted cousin Hindenburg', 1 page, 9 x 11 inches, mailing folds, two small splits at folds, with transmittal envelope.
