SA SPORTS BADGE BRONZE WITH AWARD CERTIFICATE
SA Sports Badge in bronze awarded on 22 November 1939 to Hitler Youth member Werner Behnke from Sarstedt near Hildesheim. The badge is accompanied by the 'SA-Wehrabzeichen Uebungsbuch', the record book documenting his qualifying achievements, and his 'Besitz-Zeugnis', the ownership certificate with his photograph. The badge is marked on the reverse with the serial number 488117 and 'Eigentum D.S.A. Sportabzeichen Hauptstelle' and maker marked 'Ernst & Nolte A.G. - Ludenscheid.'
