WEHRPASS KIA EASTERN FRONT RUSSIA - WEHRPASS KIA EASTERN FRONT RUSSIA Wehrpass for Unteroffizier Johannes Stamer, born 26 July 1920, Sandesneben, issued in Lubeck on 5 July, 1939. Stamer started his service in the R.A.D. (Reichsarbeitsdienst) and joined the 2./Infantry Ersatz Batl. 6 on 4 October 1940 until 12.11.1940, and was from 13.11.40 to 11.9.41 with the 6./ I.R. 391. He began his service in France with the coastal defense, eventually transferred to the Eastern Front from 22.6.1941 onwards until his death on September 11, 1941, in the Ukraine.
