Blank application form for citizenship in the Invisible Empire Knights of the Ku Klux Klan Inc., attached is a robe and helmet order sheet, with instructions for correct measurement, with a disclaimer that said robe and helmet remains property of the Klan, with (separated) official certificate of a (required) donation to the Klan, a 'Klectokon', which includes the price of the robe. Very good.
