MMA 7-Piece Pressed Glass Beverage Set, 1970s Collaboration, 4” - 7-piece vintage Metropolitan Museum of Art (MMA) clear pressed-glass beverage service, produced in collaboration with Imperial Glass in the 1970s. The set includes one barrel-shaped liquor decanter with its coordinating acorn-shaped stopper, alongside six footed champagne flutes or wine goblets. Each glass features a flared, conical bowl displaying the Early American 1820s Federal-style reproduction pattern of alternating geometric diamond-quilted panels and sunburst medallions, framed by horizontal bands and vertical ribbing. All components are supported by knoppe-detailed stems over flat circular bases and bear the signature raised 'MMA' museum logo mark. Decanter measures 10 inches tall; glasses measure 4 inches tall. CONDITION: No visible chips, cracks, or significant damage to the glass components. Some minor surface wear consistent with age and use, particularly on the bases of the glasses.
