German Luftwaffe Officer Dress Dagger - German Luftwaffe Second Model officer's dress dagger of the 1937 pattern. Configuration includes a 10-inch double-edged blade, orange spiral grip with twisted wire, eagle-and-swastika crossguard, swastika pommel, silver-colored portepee, and pebbled metal scabbard with two suspension rings and oak-leaf decoration. Measures 17 inches overall in the scabbard. CONDITION: Blade shows scattered oxidation, pitting, staining, and scratches. Scabbard and fittings show plating loss, oxidation, and surface wear. Grip has scratches and small surface abrasions; portepee shows discoloration and fraying.
