Violin in hard case with Stradivarius label older instrument - Violin in hard case with Stradivarius label older instrument. Violin is 4 4 full size approximately 14 inches. Instrument has cracks on face, at center to left of center and two to right of center one at F hole. Back is free of cracks and scratches. Older repairs at neck and heel. Wooden tuners have silver inlays and may or may not be original, peg box holes have been resized at some time. Tailpiece appears to be wood. Chinrest is plastic/bakelite and shows little wear. Aubert bridge included, sound post is in place. Strings are incorrect and need replaced. Case shows light wear, tarnish/surface rust on latches and hinges. Latches function properly, no key. Interior shows normal wear, could use a cleaning.
