These trains look C9-10 unrun/unbuilt with instructions. 18002 box contains a D&RGW observation passenger car with passenger figures. Train looks custom built and painted, light run time C8. Some boxes have a price written on it, a price sticker, tape, etc. But boxes have little to no wear, very square and solid.
