Postwar Lionel O gauge dealer service center tool ST - Postwar Lionel O gauge dealer service center tool ST 303 E unit spreader and B1023 45* cross-over track section on blister card. Track section has surface rust on rails, blister is cracked. Card back is slightly curled, missing a piece of a lower corner, small tear.
