Report sent by the author to a Minister, we suppose to Bernardino Machado, in 1910 Minister of Foreign Affairs in the provisional government of Teófilo Braga, in which the author describes in some detail his opinions on the state of Portuguese India. We do not know the author's biographical data, but we can understand that he was a friend of João Chagas and that he was at the service of the Monarchy in India. On the frontispiece of the same, we find the indication “cap. of information”. Curious.
