1968 Lionel Corp Stock Certificate - An original 1968 stock certificate issued by The Lionel Corporation for 13 shares of common stock, printed by the Security-Columbian Banknote Company in New York. This piece features elaborate steel-engraved border scrollwork, a vignette illustration depicting a young boy holding a Lionel toy locomotive alongside a speeding train, an embossed corporate seal dated 1918, and authorized signatures dated September 17, 1968. Condition shows minor edge wear, expected cancellation punch marks, mild creasing, two standard binder hole punches along the top margin, and typical transfer stamp markings on the reverse.
