Features a vignette of a young boy operating a Lionel electric train, corporate seals, printed signatures, transfer stamps, and cancellation hole punches. Condition shows horizontal folding creases, minor edge wear, pinholes along top margin, standard cancellation punches, and contemporary ink hand-stamps on front and reverse. H 8”, W 12”.
