Bidspirit auction | Wurlitzer 750-E Jukebox
Wurlitzer 750-E Jukebox - The Wurlitzer 750E is a legendary, cathedral-style 78 RPM jukebox released in 1941 during the ”Golden Age” of coin-operated music machines. Designed by the legendary Paul Fuller, it stands out as the very first Wurlitzer model to feature the iconic domed cathedral top, paving the way for later commercial successes like the ubiquitous Wurlitzer 1015. This box has a 10 year old restoration and is in VG condition. It holds 24 78 rpm records stacked horizontally and only plays the top side of each record. The cabinet features a beautiful two-tone wood grain veneer, vibrant red and amber illuminated Catalan plastics, silvered filigree trim, and a shell-carved speaker grille. Two curved bubble tubes dance in the center grille to add visual animation. Accepts coins, selects, and plays well. Measures 56”tall, 32” wide, 24” deep. From the Trenga collection. No shipping on this item. Customer pickup or 3rd party transporter only.
