WWII German Panzer Assault Badge 100 Engagements - WWII German Numbered Panzer Assault Badge (PAB) (100 Engagements) known in German as the Panzerkampfabzeichen. Good condition. Introduced in June1943 to honor veteran armored division personnel who participated in numerous distinct combat engagements over the course of the war. The “100” class represents the highest regular tier of this award. Very few soldiers survived or participated in 100 separate armored combat days. Markings on back suggest maker is Josef Feix & Sohne (JFS) of Gablonz. 2.5” long, 2” wide. Please see photos.
