WWII German Hitler Youth Belt Buckle - WWII German Hitler Youth (Hitlerjugend) Uniform Belt Buckle. Good condition, some wear. The buckle depicts the national party (Parteiadler) with the down-swept wings and the eagle's talons clutching a diamond shaped insignia containing a swastika which served as the official symbol of the Hitler Youth. Emblazoned in Gothic script along the top is the official Hitler Youth organization motto Blut und Ehre (Blood and Honor). There is a maker's code on the back that appears to be RZM M4 / 110 suggesting the manufacturer is Josef Feix & Sohne located in Gablonz an der Neibe (historically a major German manufacturing center in the Sudentenland, now Jablonec nad Nisou in the Czech Republic). Within the Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) control system the M4 contract group designated authorized manufacturers of belt buckles and field equipment fittings, and the 110 corresponds directly to the manufacturer license. 3” by 2: by 0.75”.
