Zon-O-Phone Model B Disc Phonograph - The Zon-O-Phone Model B was introduced in early May 1900 by the Universal Talking Machine Company with an original retail price of $22.50. It has an original finish oak case with raised panel sides, clipped corners, and a celluloid identification tag on the back reading, ”Made expressly for the National Gram-O-Phone Corporation by the Universal Talking Machine Company New York”. The plating on the bedplate, travel arm, horn support, and crank is VG. Has original horn cradle. The reproducer is a 4 screw closed face similar to the Berliner design. The 7” turntable has the spring loaded pin and original felt. The machine winds and runs. Comes with a 16” all brass horn with an 8.25” diameter bell. A very nice all original machine.
