Edison Model 250 Diamond Disc Phonograph - The Edison Model 250 Diamond Disc Phonograph 1915 – 19, was one of Thomas Edison’s premier entries into the disc player market, famously marketed as the ”Official Laboratory Model” and it became the true flagship of Edison's Disc Phonograph line. It features a beautiful floor-standing cabinet in mahogany on casters, accented by a distinctive Gothic-style fretwork grille over the internal horn, with gold wash parts. The original finish cabinet is in good condition with expected wear, with alligatoring and scratches on the lid. The gothic wood grill is intact with a replacement speaker cloth. The gold wash parts are in good condition. Machine winds and plays well. Comes with 7 Diamond Disc records and the original key. Measures 51” tall, 22” wide, 24” deep.
