Antique Victorian Wicker Baby Carriage W/Parasol - This exquisite late 19th-century Victorian baby carriage features an intricately woven natural wicker body adorned with decorative heart-and-scroll openwork, spindle details, and turned finials. Built on a sturdy bentwood and iron frame with large wire-spoke wheels, it comes complete with its original, remarkably vibrant teal-blue ruffled silk parasol on an angled metal shaft. There are remnants of the patterned fabric interior floor lining. The carriage is in remarkably solid antique condition; the wicker remains structurally sound with no visible breaks, the braking mechanism is operational though weak, and the silk shows expected light midsection abrasion and age wear but no major tearing, though the parasol tensioner does not easily latch open and a component may be missing from the mounting bracket.
