Crafted with robust oak legs and industrial-grade steel hardware, this tripod features the iconic adjustable leg design with pointed metal feet designed to bite into soft earth for maximum stability. The head is a standard threaded mount typical of the mid-20th century, and the red ”16” stencil suggests it was once part of a larger fleet in a municipal or professional survey crew. The wood retains a lovely golden patina that speaks to its age and utility.
