Quack Medical Induction Coil Kit - This early 20th-century electrotherapy quack medical kit showcases the fascinating history of alternative electrical medicine, featuring a finely crafted quarter-sawn oak case, brass components, a central induction coil cylinder, and dual wooden-handled electrode wands with their original blue and red cloth-insulated cords. The interior control panel displays brass binding posts alongside celluloid indicators marked ”N”, ”P”, and ”ON”, highlighting its period styling and functional design. Objectively, the wooden case shows minor surface scratches, fading, and wear consistent with age, the leather top strap appears to be a complete modern replacement, and the right hinge on the fold-down front portion is broken.
