Categories include toy trains, lamps, toy vehicles, antique toys, framed prints, autographed memorabilia, breweriana, signed photos, signed books, trains, dump trucks, and wreckers.Highlighted items include Lot 2007, a Carousel by San Antonio Roller Works, approximately 28 feet in diameter with 2 Abreast, 18 Horses & Chariot, Fencing, and Soft Start/Stop, operated for over 30 years at the Wild West Town Amusement Park. Lot 2167 is a Large Chandelier from The Goodman Auditorium, a classic pre-Depression 3-tier type, recently rewired. Lot 2239 is a Martin Luther King Jr. Autographed/Signed Book JSA, a 1964 1st Edition "Why We Can't Wait" hardcover book with JSA letter of authenticity. Lot 2153 is a Holcomb & Hoke Popcorn & Peanut Machine, a restored machine with a peanut roaster attachment.

Due to the size/weight/fragility of this item, it will require a pick up or customer-arranged 3rd-party shipping. We will connect you with reputable transport companies after the auction. Manufactured by Chance Foster in 1958. This is one of the first two trains made by Chance Foster for the Brookfield Zoo in Brookfield IL. It operated there until the 1960's when the zoo went to live steam. Includes a newly repainted engine, 3 operating cars, an additional car that can be rebuilt and approximately 1/2 mile of track. The cars are modeled after the Durango & Silverton Railroads in Colorado with a total of (8) cars were produced by Chance Foster in this style. This train has been operated and well maintained for over 30 years at the Wild West Town Amusement Park in Union IL. Please use photos to judge condition and bid accordingly.
