WWII 10th Mountain Division Lot. - US Army WWII 10th Mountain Division grouping. Consists of: 1) Rucksack with metal frame, made by Simmons Co. 1942. Clean, with no tears or repairs. 2) Wool overcoat, roll collar, size 38R. T4 chevrons on both sleeves and service stripes on left sleeve cuff. 3) Four pocket wool coat, size 38R dated June 9, 1944. 10th Division patch on left shoulder, and 9th Infantry Division on right shoulder. 4) Ike jacket named to J. Fitzpatrick. Dated Sept 18, 1942 on tailor tag. Left shoulder, 10th Div, right shoulder 9th Div. US and crossed rifles clutch-backs on collar and lapels. Bronze Star medal, Follow Me (vertical pin back, sterling) and Presidential Unit Cit. on right chest. CIB (modern manufacture) with ribbons for BSM, PHM, WWII Victory, GC, Am. Campaign medal, EAME with 5 campaign stars. Red/green fourragere on left shoulder. Missing one DUI device for 2nd BN, 87th Regiment on coat. .Captain's rank on coat shoulders and cap. 5) Matching 2-87 Regiment DUI pinned to doeskin overseas cap. 6) Black necktie. 7) Khaki wool shirt with 6th Corps patch on left shoulder.
