WWII US Army Uniform, Omar Bradley Autograph Lot - 1) US wool service uniform. Size 37R. Dated Feb 7, 1940. Army Air Corps Aviation Cadet patch on right sleeve. AAC bullion thread insignia [left]. US and AAC collar and lapel insignia [matched pair w/sterling silver clutchback fasteners]. 2) US wool service uniform. Named to ”W.P. Holmes 2-5” Beautifully stitched name inside coat above tailor label, M.E. ”Squiz” Green, Knoxville, Tenn. 5th Army shoulder sleeve [left] and Western Pacific patch on sleeve [right]. U.S. and Signal Corps collar & lapel insignia. 3)Two officer Service Caps. Both have some moth damage, as well as leather damage, bottom of visor and sweatband. 4) Framed Time Magazine, dated May 1, 1944. General Omar Bradley featured on cover and signed by him in blue ink just below image. Signature compared and looks to be authentic. Omar Bradley was the last general to be promoted to the 5 star rank of General of the Army in 1950 and he died in 1981. There has not been one since.
