WWII US 78th Div & 7th Army Uniform Grouping - WWII Army Uniform grouping, Harold Groman, 30th Field Artillery, 7th Army. Includes: Three wool gas flap shirts. One dated 1945 and other two undated. All three have the 7th Army insignia sewn on shoulder. Ike jacket ( size 38R, dated Aug 8, 1945) features a beautiful bullion thread 7th Army patch on shoulder. 30th Field Artillery distinctive unit insignia, domed clutchback collar insignia-US and Artillery on collars.1/20 silver filled CIB. 3 campaign stars on EAME ribbon and medal. Expert Rifle Marksmanship badge on chest. Overseas cap with red piping. Two khaki neckties. Second individual, last name ”Malec”. His Ike jacket (size 38R, dated Dec 16, 1944). 78th ”Lightning” Division patch on left shoulder sleeve. Sterling CIB. Ribbons: BSM, WW2 Victory, EAME w/2 campaign stars, Am Camp ribbon. Expert Marksmanship Qualification badge with Rifle; Machine Gun and Auto Rifle tabs. US and Engineer collar insignia. Presidential Unit Citation w/olc, and Ruptured Duck patch. Final item is a b/w 8x10” print ”You are Crossing the Rhine River.. Courtesy of the 78th ENGR BN...” In the frame are patches for 7th Army and 78th Division.
