US Army Medical Staff Officer Grouping - A wonderful grouping that belonged to LTC Charles Benton Rizer, of the US Army Medical Corps. His service spanned from approx. 1953 to 1974. Retired a LTC Collection includes: Cert. of achievement from 2LT to LTC (10 docs). Framed humorous award to LTC Rizer; Framed Appreciation Cert. from Chaplains, Korea to MAJ. Rizer; Framed Army Medical Dept. crest to LTC Rizer circa 1973. Souvenirs from Korea include brass folding frame with Medical patch inserted, a white metal (unmarked) tankard w/ map of Korean peninsula and tiger. Framed class photo Medical Service Co. Officer Course, Class 20. August 1953. Framed class photo, Medical Supply Officer Course 8-A-4490 Class #1, undated. Plaque: to LTC C.B. Rizer, C. 35th INF REG insignia.
