It has a 1931 patent date and it stands 15” tall and is made of plaster with a hollow core. The painted bust is of a young man in suit and was probably for hat display. It has only one repaired crack to the front left corner and a small amount of very tip of corner missing. It shows some touchup paint to that corner. Overall, it shows age and some wear. It later was used by military hat collector. Great vintage clothing store item.
