US Naval Headgear Lot. WAVE, Merchant Marine - Collection of Naval caps and hats for men and women from WWII and later. Includes: 1) USN WAVES Dress Uniform Service Cap. 2) Beret flat cap aka ”Donald Duck Cap” for the U.S.S. Omaha. The USS Omaha (CL-4) was the lead ship of the Omaha-class light cruiser of the U.S. Navy. Originally classified as a scout cruiser, she was the second US Navy ship named for the city of Omaha, Nebraska. Decommissioned Nov 1, 1945. 3) Three garrison caps. One named to J.J. Mraz. Navy V-5 insignia; other two are gender neutral caps. Sizes 7-1/4 and 7-1/2. 4) Two service cap covers. Khaki and white. The white example could use a wash. 5) Service caps for USN, US Coast Guard and Working Greens.
