No rust on the inside mech or rack and the coin mech is intact. Compressor runs and cools when plugged in. Outside in VG+ original condition with original paint and graphics. No dents or big scratches, a few small minor paint chips on the edges and corners. Comes with a Cavalier service manual and a spare coin mech.
