Oxford / Columbia BVT Cylinder Phonograph - This machine in its oak cabinet has its original finish which is in overall good condition with a few minor marks and abrasions. This 2 minute machine has its original reproducer/carriage assembly with a good stylus. The carriage and cueing mechanism all move freely and engage properly. The mandrill moves freely. The upper mech has its original nickel plating in overall good condition with some minor spots and pitting. See photos. Has its original winding crank and the motor winds and runs. Has its original back bracket, horn elbow, and telescoping tone arm all of which are in average condition and move freely. The cast iron horn elbow has a small chip in the iron near the top. See photos. Has its original ten panel steel horn which has its original black paint and pinstriping in average condition. The horn has several dents and wrinkles. The horn measures 17” D X 18” L. The cabinet measures 10-1/2” L X 7-1/2” D X 8-1/2” T. A good, honest machine.
