Edison Gem Cylinder Phonograph w/Horn - This machine with its oak cover has its original finish, decal and hardware in average condition with some finish loss and weathering mainly to the top and rear of the cover. See photos. The model C reproducer has a good stylus. The carriage and mandrill move freely. The motor housing has its original black paint and pinstripes in good condition with some minor wear. Has its original winding crank and the model B mechanism winds and runs. Also included is a horn outfit which consists of an original tiz-it type horn connector which has evidence of having been repaired and a home built horn support rod which is rusted and pitted and an after market 25-1/2” L black and brass horn with a 11-1/2”D bell. The bell and body are all original however both have numerous minor dings and wrinkles as well as scrapes, scratches, and rust. See photos. Measures 9-1/2” W X 7” D X 8” T.
