Pre WWII German Weimar Police Bayonet W/Knot
Bayonet is has proof on spine and early Eickhorn Logo and has matching numbers identified to the Burg police school. Tip is good and blade is bright with no spots or discoloration. Show normal in/out wear and age. Has brown leather rossguard washer. The black frog is marked to Josef Bauer and date appears to 1941. Grips have no chips and has two hairline cracks from grip rivets. Black leather scabbard is in good condition with no dents to ball tip. The portapee is in very good condition. Police school bayonets are rarer than most.
