WWII Era Russian Soviet 37mm x 155 OZ Round HEI - Inert. This round appears to be dated 1940 and is 11.25” long and is marked on the projectile ”11-599-E” and 40 with Cyrillic style B. Headstamp is well marked and we are not sure age of it. Scarce round no matter what.
