This set features two identical transforming robot toy figures, one presented in its original rectangular retail box. The box displays colorful graphics of a white, blue, and red robot transforming from a police car, set against a brick wall backdrop. A prominent red and blue ”Autobot” emblem is visible on the robot and car depictions on the packaging. The figures themselves are white police cars with blue accents and a red siren light bar, bearing the same ”Autobot” emblem on the hood. They are constructed from plastic and possibly die-cast metal. One figure is shown in its complete police car mode, while the other is partially visible within the box's translucent red plastic insert, which is marked with the English text ”PROWL 2” on its side.
