Vintage c1940 Improved 9 Patch Quilt - Vintage c1940 Improved 9 Patch Quilt measuring 76 by 70 inches. It is comprised of 90 interlocking blocks, 9.5 inches in diameter, set straight, 10 by 9 with a consistent blue melon shape between the 9 patch blocks. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thick cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied blue fabric binding. The quilt uses a nice variety of feed sack and feed sack style prints.
