2 Vintage Childs Quilts - Embroidered, 9 Patch - Includes an antique 1926 Hand Embroidered Summer Spread or Coverlet, 82 by 88 inches. It is machine pieced, and hand embroidered. There is no batting but there is a white reverse. Motifs include animals, figures, fruit and many designs possibly from coloring books. There are initials and the date 1926 embroidered on the bottom. A 1940s 9 patch quilt, 48 by 63 inches. Machine pieced and hand quilted in Baptist Fan design.
