Vintage c1930s Dresden Plate Quilt Top - Vintage c1930 Dresden Plate Quilt Top made by Angie Burton Niccum of Swayzee, Grant County, IN. It measures 76 by 99 inches. It is comprised of 12 blocks, about 18 by 18 inches, set straight, 3 across by 4 down, with about 3 inch solid yellow sashing set with white cornerstones, inner border, and an off white outer border. The plates are machine pieced and hand appliqued, and the blocks, sashing, and border are machine pieced. Straight pins are still in place in at least one block.
