Vintage c1930 Cross Purposes Variation Quilt - Vintage c1930 Cross Purposes Variation Quilt measuring 71 by 77 inches. Medallion style quilts with on point center square 27 by 27 inches comprised of 2.5 inch feed sack print and solid squares. There is a 6 inch wide solid pink inner frame, with pieced square triangles in each corner 30 by 30 by 38 inches. There is a 3 inch pink border, followed by a pieced on point square 3 inch border, followed by a 3.5” pink outer border. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and a pale pink reverse. The edge is finished with the back brought to the front and applied by hand.
