Antique c1860 Pot of Flowers Quilt - Antique c1860 Pot of Flowers Quilt measuring 6 by hundred and 5 inches. Comprised of 9 blocks, 15 by 15 inches, set on point, 3 by 3, with solid block setting squares and triangles. There is a 7 inch undulating vine with bud and leaves along all 4 sides. It is hand pieced, hand appliquéd, and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting and an off white cotton reverse. The edge is finished with an applied cheddar solid binding. It is an unusual design and one I have not seen before.
