The buckles are backed in tan silk satin and each has 1 silver tone bracket at the back stamped "Made in France". They measure 2'' wide by 1 3/4'' high. They are in good condition with the silk backing fraying at the corners. 1 pair of antique French made Edwardian detachable convex rectangular shoe buckles by Holfast featuring cut steel beads and various shapes and matte silver tone glass seed beads, as well as interesting back mechanism for switching them to other pairs of shoes, and they are backed in ivory silk..
