Vintage Diamond Solitaire Ring. This classic sz 7, 14k white gold ring features a large 7.2mm round brilliant cut white diamond set in a 4 prong setting with triple round headed prongs and a gallery with an inverted heart like motif. The shank of the ring has a domed high polish finish. The stone is eye clean and under certain lighting has a slightly warm body color, the stone also has a strong blue florescence under black light. When using the black light you can see 2-3 tiny inclusions which are not visible in daylight with the naked eye. When viewed with a loop there is a small scattering of inclusions near the center table of the stone. We will be getting an official appraisal of the ring which will be posted by the March 16th auction date. Overall the ring is in good condition with some wear to the prongs.
