Antique c1890 Red and White Broken Dishes Tied Quilt or comfort, measures 76x85''. Comprised of 724, 2.5'' turkey red and off white half square triangles, set straight, 28x28 with a 4.5'' red horizontal border. There is thin cotton batting, red cotton reverse with finished edge with the back brought to the front and applied by hand. Quilt is tied in a red perl cotton embroidery floss at each intersection and at the center of each white triangle. In poor condition with overall toning, spots, a small hole, unsewn seams, edge wear and a musty smell. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
