Vintage c1940s Chestnut Applique Kit Quilt by Progress measuring 73x86". Medallion style arrangement with Chestnut flowers in the center, framing the center, and at each corner of the quilt. It is hand appliqued, hand embroidered, and hand quilted. There is a thin cotton batting and white cotton reverse. The scalloped edge is finished with a green cotton applied bias binding. It is in good condition with a just a few small spots. Very rare kit quilt to find! If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
