Antique c1880 Star of Chamblie Quilt - Antique c1880 Star of Chamblie Variation Quilt measuring 72x72 inches. Comprised of 25 stars, 12x12 inches, set straight, 5 by5, with off white setting diamonds and triangles. There is a 6” brown striped border. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Tick cotton batting, off white cotton reverse, and a printed cotton fabric finishes the edge. Many of the fabrics appear to be earlier. It is in fair condition with fabric deterioration, and spots. And a very large patch repairs the backing. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
