Black Tie by Oleg Cassini Sequin Jacket-Sz Med. Black shell is silk with a black rayon lining. Has shoulder pads. Measures laying flat across the shoulders 17 and 31 long. In good condition with some wear to red and green sequins on the left shoulder. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
