Vintage Amish c1950s Railroad Crossing Quilt measuring about 69x69 inches, believed to be from New Wilmington, PA. Lavender squares with a black sashing with yellow cornerstones are surrounded by an inner turquoise border with grey cornerstones, and a purple outer border with grey cornerstones. It is machine pieced and hand quilted. There is a thin batting and brown cotton reverse. The edge is finished in a gray cotton fabric applied by machine to the front, and by hand to the back. In very good condition. Small scuff marks along the purple border. There is Velcro applied to the top edge of the quilt for handing purposes. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
