Cameroon African Indigo Handwoven Mens Wrap
Laura Fisher describes the item on her web site as a, "Fascinating indigo handwoven textile from the Cameroons that is resist dyed in differing geometric patterns. Woven in narrow long strips that are sewn together to create a traditional yards-long wrap for men. A great example of indigo handweaving and specialty dying by indigenous peoples, this example is from Africa." Measures 30 - 42 inches wide 8.5 yards. Width is irregular because this is hand woven in bands. It is in fair condition with some overall toning and splits in the hand stitched seams (not holes). This item are from the estate of Laura Fisher. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. Depending on how many lots we can pack, it may cost an additional $5.
