Join us for an amazing auction dedicated to vintage and antique quilts and related textiles. This will be the first of our auctions to include textiles from the Estate of Laura Fisher. New York based Laura Fisher, was a world renowned quilt expert, dealer and author. Her antique quilts were exhibited all over the globe, she made appearances with Martha Stewart, and was published in several magazines over the years. In offering these textiles for sale we hope to continue to honor her legacy of style and scholarship.

Vintage Cotton Stitched Quilt
Vintage cotton quilt measuring 78 x 83 inches. Hand stitched motifs including tulips, butterflies, leaves, flowers, moons, hearts, and more in medallion style. Two layers with thin flannel and hand quilted. Has a strong Pennsylvania aesthetic. In fair condition with lots of scuffs, spots, and marks. Edge is hemmed by machine. This bed cover was part of Laura Fisher's estate. Laura Fisher was a New York based world renowned quilt expert, dealer and author, and in offering these textiles for sale we hope to honor her legacy of style and scholarship. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate.
